Refund Policy

In short: if a theme doesn't work for you, or something went wrong with your payment, write to me within 14 days and you get your money back.

1. Themes

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a theme if:

• the theme does not work or cannot be loaded in Glass Player, and we couldn't fix it together;
• you didn't receive the theme file;
• you were charged twice, or bought the same theme twice by mistake.

2. How to ask for a refund

• Email glassplayer.gl@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy and your order number (it is in the receipt email from Dodo Payments).
• Refunds are made through Dodo Payments to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5–10 working days.

3. Donations

UPI donations are voluntary gifts and are not refundable. If you sent a donation by mistake — for example the wrong amount, or the same payment twice — email me within 7 days with the UPI transaction ID and I will send it back.

4. The app

Glass Player itself is free, so there is nothing to refund.
